Set Your 2020 Vision with the Ironman Group Oceania

With over a million participants flocking to The IRONMAN Group’s global portfolio of events each year, the world’s largest mass participation sports event company has released its 2020 calendar for Australia and New Zealand with triathlon, running, mountain biking and ultra-trail racing opportunities.

From Bussleton to Bondi, Queenstown to Cairns, The IRONMAN Group is challenging Australians and Kiwis to set and reach their 2020 fitness goals by signing-up and crossing the finish line at some of the world’s most iconic and challenging races.

Among the impressive portfolio is the world’s largest fun run, The Sun-Herald City2Surf; the iconic Noosa Triathlon set in Queensland’s picturesque Sunshine Coast; the Queenstown International Marathon, one of the world’s most stunning marathons; and the ultimate test of body, mind and spirit for both professional and amateur athletes, the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 Triathlon Series.

Dave Beeche, Managing Director of Oceania for The IRONMAN Group said, “Following a year of growth, we have expanded our events portfolio to include some of Australia’s most prestigious and well-known events including the The Sun-Herald City2Surf. Additionally, Taupo, New Zealand will be on the world’s stage as host of the 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship triathlon. We are incredibly excited about the range and scale of events on offer in 2020 and we hope to inspire all Australians and Kiwis to rise to the challenge and prove to themselves that ‘Anything Is Possible’.”
