With Christmas and 2020 now behind us, many of us see January as the perfect time to set new resolutions when it comes to physical and mental health. To support this, Nike has announced the upcoming launch of a free 8-week enablement journey, available exclusively on the Nike Training Club(NTC) and Nike Run Club (NRC) apps, to help Aussies kick-start the new year and realise their fitness goals, no matter what they may be.
Designed by Nike Head Running Coach Lydia O’Donnell, the 8-week program kicks off on Wednesday 13th January, and will guide participants through their first 8 weeks of the year, helping to set positive habits. It incorporates new NTC Yoga workouts alongside Audio-Guided Runs from the NRC app, and a Mindful Mondays series set to help start each week feeling refreshed.
Workouts for each week will be delivered in the form of a weekly plan each Monday via the NTC and NRC apps, with a different weekly theme to help motivate and inspire participants to keep moving through the program.
Alongside new workouts each week, participants will also benefit from bespoke expert advice from Lydia across her Instagram and NTC/NRC profiles, plus Instagram Live Q&A sessions each fortnight to support their training.
